10 Cool Tea Cups

Origin of Cool: Global

Tea has recently lost a few rounds in the ring with coffee. But now the knives (or teapots) are out in full force! Tea has a celebrated history centering around India and China but became the national drink of Britain following its import to the West. Whether you associate the drink with the Queen or geisha girls, it certainly has a mysterious aura to it. Fast forward to 2012 and designers are starting to see a resurgence in the number of tea drinkers (move over Starbucks!) and these tea cup designs should guarantee that all ages get sipping. Don’t forget…”When in doubt, pinkie out!”
