Fantasy and Fairy Tales: Artwork By Evgeny Lushpin

Origin of Cool: Russia

If you have ever traveled or have a desire to strap on a backpack and wander around the world, take a look at this gorgeous artwork. Evgeny Lushpin‘s landscape art has inspired me a great deal and I hope his work has the same effect on you. Lushpin himself is inspired by artists such as Hieronymus Bosch and Edward Hopper and you can really sense the fantasy and fairy tale elements in these images. I am sure there have been film-makers like Spike Jonze (Where The Wild Things Are) who were influenced by Lushpin.
