Giant Black Balloon Spider Sets World Record

Origin of Cool: USA

On October 6, 2011, balloon artist Adam Lee set the Guinness World Record for the “Largest Balloon Modelling Sculpture” with the giant black balloon spider he created at the Great Wolf Lodge lobby in Grand Mound, Washington.

The Stats:
The sculpture is 45 feet 2 inches wide by 22 feet 2 ¼ inches high.
It uses 2,975 balloons.
It will be on display at the Great Wolf Lodge through October 31, 2011 for their Howl-O-Ween event.
