Origin of Cool: California, USA 37.423105, -122.082399 Google Project Glass

Google has released new information on Project Glass, an attempt to create a new consumer product, smart glasses. Geordi La Forge and Robocop would be envious of these of these $1500.00 specs. Embedded within these unobtrusive glasses is a computer, camera, microphone, speaker, Wifi, Bluetooth, and a  small screen above the eye. They also managed to cram several different sensors into its sleek frame. Google plans on releasing the first model around the fourth quarter of 2013. So are these are worth the $1500 price tag? We will have to wait for the beta testers to release more information, but they are very intriguing. What do you think?
