Minimal Lego Art In Advertising

Origin of Cool: Germany

Is there anybody who has not played with the colorful LEGO bricks during their childhood? Let us know? Is there anybody who has never watched episodes of South Park, Ninja Turtles, The Simpsons, Bert & Ernie, Donald Duck, The Smurfs, Lucky Luke or Asterix & Obelix? Let us know. We will probably send you back in time with our Origin of Cool Time Machine.

Hamburg based advertising agency  Jung Von Matt combined both. In this ‘Imagine’ campaign, he reduced classic cartoon and television figures into minimal LEGO brick construction. Absolutely fantastic!

By the way, the photo collage below can be an excellent game, both for kids and adults. You have to guess which heroes are depicted in each photo?
