Street Artists In New Episode Of The Simpsons

Origin of Cool: USA

On March 4th, a whole bunch of street artists will enter the animated world of The Simpsons. The episode, called Exit Through the Kwik-E-Mart (Kwik-E-Mart is a supermarket in Springfield, the hometown of The Simpsons), an homage to the BANKSY documentary Exit Through the Gift Shop, will feature a cameo appearance of street art heroes Shepard Fairey, Ron English, Kenny Scharf and Robbie Conal.

They will catch Bart Simpson while he plasters posters of his Dad around the city. But after all this, Bart ends up being the star of the episode as he gets his own gallery show.

Street art in the most famous animation series ever. What’s better?
