La bûche de Noël est un gâteau traditionnel français présent sur toutes les tables durant les fêtes. Habituellement, une bûche de Noël a une forme de… bûche. Mais chaque année, les chefs pâtissiers les plus talentueux rivalisent de créativité.
#1 : Cette bûche en forme de livre est à base de mousse au chocolat noir. Par Lenôtre.
